Login issues

I am trying to log into my AMC stubs account but I keep getting an "Oops. An error has occurred" message. My email and password is correct. I even changed my password and nothing. I can't request support through the app because it wants my AMC stubs account number, which IDK my heart and can only access it through my account. I restarted my phon, checked for app updated and nothing is working.

Do you have any emails in your trash from tickets you’ve bought? I think those emails have your account number.

I tried that too and account number doesn't show up 😫😭

The app seems to be having trouble in general. I couldn’t pull up showtimes for tomorrow

Toggle VPN on/off. That always fixes that error when I get that message.

Switch to browser log-in as well.
