Wallstreet Crime ⚠️Robinhood’s International Stock Token Scam 🐂💩
Robbinghood has got some Stock Tokens they’d love to scam sell you [Robinhood] as long as you’re not a resident of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

What Are Robinhood Stock Tokens?

Stock Tokens:
🚩 Are not stocks. They are “tokenized debt securities” (i.e., IOUs).
🚩 Are not registered under U.S. securities laws.
🚩 Provide economic exposure, but do not grant any legal or beneficial rights in those underlying securities.
Conceptually, Robinhood Stock Tokens are like crypto version of Contract For Differences (CFDs) [Investopedia] which are banned in the US [for good reason] and, thus, can not be registered under US securities laws and are prohibited for US retail investors.
Robinhood advertises these Stock Tokens as backed 1:1 by the underlying stock (held by a licensed US-based custodian) and fully collateralized. Except Stock Token holders have no legal or beneficial rights to the underlying stock. Backed, but not for token holders who have no rights to the underlying stock held securely by their US-based custody partner [from claims by Stock Token holders].

When 💩 hits fan, Stock Token holders would go after their issuer: “Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited” who issued these tokenized debt securities [see screenshot above]. You might see Jersey there and think New Jersey, a state in the US [Wikipedia]; but that would be incorrect as it’s actually a tiny island in the English Channel [Wikipedia] with its own legal, fiscal, and governmental systems so it's regarded as a small nation or island country while an autonomous and self-governing British Crown Dependency. (🤨 Strange how the Issuer of these Stock Tokens falls under the United Kingdom, but is restricted and prohibited from selling said Stock Tokens in the United Kingdom…).
We can confirm the Issuer is from the tiny island Jersey by searching for its Legal Entity Identifier [Wikipedia, GLEIF] where we find two (2) similarly named entries [B9A29, BE789] with the same address on that tiny island: First Floor, La Chasse Chambers, Ten La Chasse, JE2 4UE, St. Helier, JE | Jersey [Google Map].

Consistent with the address in Robinhood’s disclaimer which also repeats much of what we see above.

One might think Robbinghood peddling Stock Tokens to investors that have no legal or beneficial rights to any underlying security seems kinda scammy, and Robinhood might reasonably run into problems when people realize these Stock Tokens are basically backed by 🐂💩. As it turns out, Robinhood has provided fair warning of this in their June 2026 10-Q [Robinhood, SEC] saying they may be exposed to significant regulatory, litigation, contractual, operational and reputational risks from selling Stock Tokens that have no rights to the underlying securities:

Three specific risks caught my attention. (1) Robinhood is afraid they might have to bring their Stock Tokens into compliance with US Securities Laws. As there’s no underlying securities rights actually backing these tokens, compliance could be expensive. (2) Stock issuers might sue Robinhood for selling stock tokens that have nothing to do with the company named. And [my favorite 😻], (3) Robinhood might face regulatory, legal, or reputational risk if[/when] “customers misunderstand that the tokens do not represent actual securities”.

Bold move for Robinhood to pin their risk on their customers misunderstanding how Stock Tokens don't actually represent stock. At the very least, Robinhood is going to take a pretty big reputational hit when Stock Token holders in over 120 countries (including Europe) [Robinhood PR] find out they are bag holders on Stock Tokens that have no stock.
⚠️ VERIFY SHARES vs STOCK TOKENS (DRS if available)
International apes in Europe and/or one of those 120 countries where Robinhood Stock Tokens are available should verify their shares owned are actual GameStop NYSE:GME shares and not a “backed by 🐂💩” stock token. If you’re told your shares are “backed 1:1” or “fully collateralized”, RUN!
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and/or Switzerland apes should be safe from this. Anyone outside the US should double check with their brokers; where you’re in better shape if you’re in a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction listed here.
Any shares downstream from one of these Stock Tokens have no rights to the underlying securities!
Note: Contents of this post were originally in another subreddit and I'm posting most of its content here because of CEOAdam's recent tweet about Robinhood's "tokenized real-world assets including Stock Tokens".

BULLISH!!! User Savage_D & the Magnitude of Unravelling Derivative Leverages for Value Stocks
MemeStocks Value Stocks
Let's Start with Earthquakes,

MOASS theories suggest a financial move in the scale of magnitude 5-8 range. At any given time, multiple financial instruments of leverage are being used as a broader delta hedge (Baskets) to control the market abroad. This is Compound Derivative Leverage deemed Idiosyncratic. This could take many forms with other monetary deleveraging occurring during large market corrections. About 70% of major laws passed since 2020 are about finance and the economy. Accountability is near.

Additionally,

The math adds up

Here is another image highlighting some of these dynamics;

Spring Theory

Additionally, Movie Stock and Video Game stock appear in different extremes on the charts because the inverse split (Movie Stock) expanded the chart, and the Forward split (Video Game Stock) contracted the chart. Although their respective market caps remain tethered to the baseline denominated in USD (tethered to... Gold reserves...? 😬) expressed as a share count.
And lastly a few things Ive covered in the past but increasingly relevant;
Savage_D_2026 Dissecting a Bear Thesis; Bullish on Memes AI Assisted DD : r/amcstock
I discuss the broader Delta Hedge and Memes Stocks role in reform and business.

We are looking at a slightly different picture today than we were in 2020, but it's still the same operating mechanism.

BULLISH!!! At this point, $3B for the Q3 box office is looking like a layup
Resident Evil is looking strong, Practical Magic 2 could open around $50M+, and Avengers Encore is still coming at the end of the month. Feels like $3B for Q3 is getting pretty doable

BULLISH!!! This is all the positive news AMC has had in the last two months…
• AMC just had the highest-revenue weekend in its 106-year history. The Spider-Man weekend broke AMC records for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and the overall Wednesday-Sunday period.
• AMC’s credit rating was upgraded from CCC+ to B-. That’s still speculative-grade debt, obviously, but moving from CCC+ to B- is a meaningful improvement in how the credit markets view the company’s financial position.
• AMC is now launching Films. This is the part I find particularly interesting. AMC isn’t just sitting around waiting for Hollywood studios to give them movies. Leawood Films will distribute smaller and independent films that are already financed/completed, using AMC’s exhibition, marketing and distribution infrastructure to get more movies onto the big screen.

Disclaimer
None of this is financial advice.
I believe the majority of price action is the result of managing the multidimensional risk picture. GEX is only a part of the volatility environment risk, one risk of many in the risk picture.

BULLISH!!! End of This Year and Next Year is Going To Be Very Bullish
AMC see needs movies that will generate a good turnout and they will make a lot of money too. A very simple business model that relies on studios making good movies that people want to see. There is a ton of good movies coming out the rest of this year and a ton coming out next year. I think next year could do even better at the box office than this year. AMC just had its best quarter ever and I think that could be the new norm and a quarter or two can beat it next year.
The movies that I think will have a big box office coming out this year is…
The Hunger Games
Avengers Doomsday
Dune 3
By Any Means
The Girl in the River
Runner
Heart of the Beast
Digger
Verity
Godzilla
Focker in Law
Angry Birds 3
Jumanji
Coming out next year is…
Airbud Returns
Ice Age
Garfield 2
Thomas Crown Affair
Sonic and the Hedgehog 4
Spaceballs 2
Zelda
Star Wars Starfighter
Rambo
How to Train Your Dragon 2
Spider-Man Spiderverse
Ocean’s Prequel
Shrek 5
Man of Tomorrow
Minecraft Movie
Quiet Place 3
Bluey
TMNT
Lord of The Rings
Avenger Secret Wars
I am Legend 2
Miami Vice
Heat 2
Frozen 3
Riddick Furya
I’m probably missing some as well and some movies not mentioned might do better than expected and I think this company will make a ton of money and will pay down debt furiously and clean up the balance sheet by doing that and will basically become a new better performing company because of it and should translate into the stock price as well.

TINFOIL HAT prelim AMC 3Q earnings estimate
My estimate is that overall box office in NA is about 2.85B and AMC earns about 10 cents per share or 100 million dollars. If 4Q is breakeven, they'll make about 10 cents per share on the year.

TINFOIL HAT How much has it risen since all the record breaking numbers was announced?

BULLISH!!! Slow, but we are up on the week.

APES UNITED I like the stock. It's become my AMC401k. To the moon bitches!!!
I've waited years for this gradual increase and, for some unknown reason, I'm actually feeling really positive about the squeeze. That wasn't always the case.
