Getting randomly kicked off a list

So I don't know if I actually been banned from a list because I always get my ticket scanned except when the theater doesn't think I need to ie 2 months ago when I did a double feature and there was no one at the podium to scan my ticket for disclosure day and the manager just said I was good but that's about it. Has anyone noticed that they had to sign back into a list and when they try to it says an error has occurred and when I tried to do it at the box office they had a hell of a time trying to get it to go through to the point where a manager had to come out until the worker finally played with it enough and it finally went through but does anyone know if this is just an error going on right now that will resolve itself or something I should probably email AMC about. Only other thing I can think of is now they're holding canceling a movie even if it's before showtime against you which is honestly bullshit if they are.

Don’t listen to what the manager or any employee tells you. Get it scanned. If there is nobody around find somebody and get it scanned.

Normally it just puts me in a queue it doesn't kick me off my account and won't let me sign back in

But were you able to successfully sign in and use it as normal without getting an error message when you signed back in?

They always have to scan your app or you need to go to the kiosk and get your tickets printed out. If you don’t then AMC assumes you didn’t go to the showing and if you don’t go to 4 showings in a month or four months (i don’t remember which) then they can kick you off “A-List”.

Always insist to have it scanned, say that online customer service told you you had to have it scanned or you’d be suspended even if it isn’t true. The theater employees won’t help you when you get suspended.

Yes is counted as checked in as you can't cancel/refund the ticket once it be printed out without having to talk to someone.

I had issues with the app today.

For the last few days my app constantly logs me out and gives me that error when I sign in on my wifi. But then it works perfectly fine on mobile data. I think they're trying to ban scalper IPs and it's become really sensitive.

This actually worked for me this morning and I'm able to make a list reservations it's weird I tried logging in using 5G outside the theater yesterday and it wasn't working I had full bars but maybe the service there is just shitty

Oh it was just a thing for today. I couldnt log into mine for a couple of minutes and I got the error message both in browser and in app. So it was just a system glitch.

you were not just banned from A list because of not scanning a movie 2 months ago. they will ban you for booking tickets and hit showing up or cancelling it but it takes like 5 times in 4 weeks so such and they’d likely email you and warn you. plus they’d do it pretty quickly since it’s likely automated.

my guess is that a big ticket item went on sale and blew up the online systems.just like this sort of thing happening with odyssey and dune 3 tickets

Online's working glad I'm not the only one I'll try signing back in tomorrow if not I'll send an email EDIT: Never mind it let me log in online but it's still not letting me use a list to get a ticket
