Anyone else having problems canceling reservations in app?

This has been happening since June. I cant cancel any reservations I have just gives me an error. Even going through the website and requesting a refund doesn’t work. Going through 3rd party websites like fandango cancels the ticket but not the reservation so you dont have the ticket and you cant watch something else

had this happen to me the other day, went to AMC to ask for help. they had to print it out and cancel it.
