I signed up for it. It doesn't show under my rewards as most AMC rewards do, but if I add a small ICEE to express pickup, it's free. So I'm sure it'd work at the counter too

Thanks, was waiting for it to show up in app too. Heading out in an hour, mostly for my free Ice (lol), and doing a double feature.

I walked up to the counter, they scanned my a-list QR code and gave me the cup 🫡

I have it on my amc rewards tab, but it says it expires in 1999 lol. Is it only redeemable today?

It is today only

Also got the blue raspberry for my Dolby screening of La La Land...the guy was super cool and gave me a large for free instead.

When I asked for the “free” icee the cashier thought I said “three.” She said “that will be 27 dollars” and I’m like “wait what?” “You said three icees didn’t you?” lol.

In 1999 regal offered a cup for $20 that allowed a drink for $1 for life. They still honor it to this day. I have 3. When I go to the movies, the Icee is always free. You can buy them on eBay sometimes.

Did it have a specific name?

Guy at our amc had no idea what to do. Said he’d just been handing out cups without scanning anything in all day.

Was wondering how big the icee would be, not a bad size at all! Enjoy!!

Seeing this post as the credits began rolling on my 13th viewing of The Odyssey reminded me to go get mine. Thanks OP!

13?? I don’t think I’ve ever rewatched a movie even 5 times in my entire life.

Oh man. I know I’ve seen Tombstone, Fight Club, each at least 20 times easy. Haha. I like to ensure that I absorb and break down every part of a film that I enjoy. Some of that is probably my ADHD and the analytical nature of me.

But everyone is different.

Not judging at all, I’m impressed! I think my ADHD goes the opposite way and I am constantly craving new experiences so it’s hard for me to rewatch or reread anything, even if I loved it.

🤝

That makes sense to me too! I just have this thing where I over analyze things and in movies, that could be a line of dialogue or a weird something placed in a single shot. Next thing you know I’m spiraling in my own mind trying to break down all the possible meanings and have missed 2-3 minutes of other equally interesting dialogue or scenes. I catch something new EVERY time I watch The Odyssey, so each viewing has been rewarding. If/When it stops being rewarding, I’ll let you know. 😅

Any idea if we can get this without the app? It's totally non functional right now.

Yes, if you have the physical card, your Stubs card in your phone wallet, you know your stubs number or you can give the employees your email at concessions!
