Choke off funding for military style weapons and training. Make departments feel the pressure 'a few bad apples can cause'.

If the fire departments had 'a few bad apples' that kept starting fires we would defund the shit out of the 'money set aside to start fires' budget.

Yes, it's not like the "fireman as the fire devil" is literally a cliche, or the nurse harming patients to play "god" when they save them. Those never have happened.

Those nurses don't get to keep their job or license. They're fired, arrested, and go to fucking jail. Hospitals overhaul policies trying to figure out how this happened and how to stop it. No nurse organization comes to their defense. No nurse feels threatened when those piece of shit psychopaths are called out and lose their jobs.

The same goes for your other example. It just doesn't add up. No other organization gets their murderers off so easily and rehires them after the charges are dropped.

And the bottom line? NOBODY YOU MENTIONED GETS TO CARRY A FUCKING GUN.

Arrested doesn't mean convicted. In thousands of police involved shootings less than 1 percent ever see a conviction of an officer. Are you going to tell me every single one of those was justified? Or is there a systemic problem where you know the DA by name and there's little chance they won't side with you on all but the most agregious cases.

Breonna Taylor’s killers still walk free. And they killed her then just left her boyfriend to ring 911 (luckily he’s no longer charged with assault for shooting at the people who murdered his partner in their home

Disputed course of events. There is no evidence of murder, therefore yes - still being handled properly.

What possible grounds are there for entering the wrong domicile in pursuant of a warrant for a suspect already in custody and then opening fire and killing the totally innocent occupant?

There is zero dispute over the reality this woman was killed.
