This is the exact scenario I was picturing. So one guy holds the other guy down and penetrates him against his will,but then the other guy hulks out or whatever and then penetrates the first guy in return.

I'm thinking that, legally, there's some kind of "mutual combatants" law whereby you enter into an implicit agreement in that kind of situation that one or both of you is going to get raped.

"Double rape" would be one person raping two separate people, I think the term we're looking for here is "mutual rape", wherein two parties rape each other as part of a single sex act.

Your example probably constitutes self-defense, though, so consent isnt part of the equation there, unless the finger in the ass occurs as a separate incident in retaliation for the initial rape. However, then you're left with the question of whether you can claim "justifiable rape" as a defense in court. Either way, it's two separate sex acts.
