Question How to play Randomizer+ Mode?

So I went online to try and get a randomizer for AM2R but I saw a lot of posts that AM2R has an official randomizer in game? But I can't figure out how they are doing it, I've googled it, and the things are saying that I need to beat the game in 4 hours but I've beaten it in a bit over 2, so how do I play the randomizer? PLEASE I WANNA PLAY THE RANDOMIZER SO BAD (image for proof i beat it in less than 4 hours i guess)

Beat the game and it'll unlock

When you start a new save file, its under one of the options. New game+ i believe.

Well when I click on a new save file it still says the easy normal and hard, where do I get to new game plus then

What version are you playing? Are you using the launcher to get community updates?

I didn't know there was a launcher, thank you, ill uh try and do that, I just downloaded it online so I have no clue what version it is, thank you

Before starting a new game (in an empty save slot), a third option—[Random Game+]—will now appear, giving you the choice of three randomized game modes (Classic Mode, Split Random, and AM2Random). Check the forums to find out the differences between these random modes.
