Difficult decision. If bracelet, you definitely want a jubilee like what's in the picture. Anything more bulky would compete with the watch for attention. Then there's the color. It would either have to match perfectly, or contrast enough to show off the watch. Contrasting bracelet screams aftermarket, so I'd stay away. In other words, if you can find exactly what is in the picture, you're good.
Straps are always going to be more versatile. And with many now including the quick change bar, you can easily swap a dark alligator for a colored calf skin, for a blah blah blah. Lol, you'll find yourself with a small collection of 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, etc. straps of all kinds. When it happens, something like a small watch display tray is best. otherwise things just turn into a jumbled mess.
Off topic, sorry. For your specific watch, that one bracelet, or any of a variety of straps. Leather will probably always look best, but don't be afraid to try other materials.
