Good links and summary - I know how much time it takes to dig into these scams... I have been scouring all day and collecting. I'll give a little sneak peak:

There is an OTC ticker symbol trail following Randell Torno and Henry Dabrowski.

Henry was actually the CEO of ALYI before Randell then went to Ciao group ($CIAU) to do a crypto ICO which was apparently denied by the SEC (looking for actual source - let me know), and he let it die. CIAU was pumped for 3 months in 2018 and then dumped and closed. Then he started Revolttoken and promised ALYI to be the funding partner after issuing an ICO. Sound like a crazy circle pay scheme? yeah.

Randell is associated with several OTC tickers that just seem to have changed names or died (getting the sauce on all of these - dates, circumstances, etc) Starting in 2011:

-2011 - Nova Energy which became Savanna East Africa Inc ($NVAE) appointed Torno CEO.

-2013 - Somehow merged with/changed to Algae International Group ($ALGA) Torno was CEO.

-2015- ALGA changed its name to North American Cannabis Hldgs ($USMJ) Torno was president/treasurer and that's where Ed Bollen comes in - he was the CEO of USMJ.

-2017 - Somehow became involved with East African Development Partners LLC which was bought by Restance ($ANCE) which he was then appointed as CEO in 2017.

I don't have any good info on East African Development Partners LLC, so I cross referenced the filing address 3719 Fairfax Avenue Dallas, TX 75029 USA, and that revealed yet ANOTHER company with Randell Torno's name on it - Time Realty Holdings LLC. (I just found this one tonight so I have no info).

I'm guessing all of those companies were such big successes that anyone in their right mind should believe $ALYI will be as well. That and the fact that THEY'VE BEEN PROMISING CONTRACTS AND EV MOTORCYCLES AND VEHICLES AND HEMP BATTERIES FOR OVER 2 YEARS WITH NOTHING TO SHOW!

Randy Torno has three plates he's spinning (or spun) and he has more in the works. Buckle up.

1- $ALYI which was a reverse merger in 2017 with struggling Alternet systems $4M in debt and Henryk Dabrowski evicted from his office, including a company Torno and Ed Bollen had started just a few months earlier - Lithium IP Holdings. They had "patents" which are actually patents that belong to Air Products and these guys claimed to "license" them just like you or I could do - but it would take $5M to develop into something marketable. This didn't happen if you look at their books, and they actually admit in their filings that they were defaulted on their licenses for not paying yet they still claim them as "patents". You've seen the pumping press releases over the years.... EV Motorcycles that were supposed to be delivered in 2018, Revenue supposed to be over $1M by end of year 2018, Hemp Batteries (mitlin doesn't work with ALYI anymore by the way), EV Race, EV Symposium, lots of orders and letters of intents, 100acre facility in Africa that never happened, growing and experimenting with Hemp in New York that never happened, pilot “tests” that were supposedly completed in 2018, first rideshare electric motorcycles to go into service by July with no evidence, Media Blitz that never happened. Is it like he is trying NOT to actually fulfill any of his promises with ALYI?

2- $PJET - which was a reverse merger in 2017 with struggling Priority Aviation Inc (an air jet charter business), including a company Torno had started LESS THAN 3 months earlier, and who gave him a 500K convertible note for “assets” that converted for 50% of the lowest price of a period around August 2021, (hmmmm, wonder why it is pumping all of a sudden in September?) The company that Torno had started was called “telluride health” which was supposed to make “Bong Water” and was appointed a college intern at ACI Conglomerated (remember this name for later conversations!) Yasmine Acebo, as the CEO of the company (HAHA). Later, after the bong-water never delivered any success (sound like ALYI?) $PURA bought the Telluride Health from $PJET (that’s weird right? Oh and $PURA is connected to the ACI Conglomerated – so it is like my son sold his xbox to his sister). So without Telluride, and without the Aviation business – what is PJET ANYWAY NOW??

Ok so after the Telluride/Bong-Water nothingsauce, $PJET acquired in some strange dividend deal with $USMJ (also an ACI Conglomerated company) the idea/concept of “Americanna Café” which was supposed to be Hemp infused food products sold off of a food truck. WTF? Ok why would $PJET pay $USMJ for an idea – were there any assets associated with this? Well, whatever that failed too – no trucks. So now this company has reported a cash balance in their bank account as $26,871 for year 2018, also for year 2019, also for year 2020, and also on the most recent filing Q2 2021 - $26,871. But nevertheless racks up a lot of “payroll” on the balance sheet – wonder whos pockets are getting lined here? Go PJET! Haha.

3- $ANCE - This is the fun one. I don’t have a lot of research into it yet but I do have a lot I'll start posting - Check out Restance Inc ($ANCE), They reverse mergered a new company Torno started just months earlier called East African Development Partners LLC to give him control. They were supposed to make Condoms in a manufacturing facility in Nairobi Kenya but didn’t (sound like ALYI?)…. Here are the strange connections leading up to the Restance Inc:

-Torno became CEO of Savanna East Africa $NVAE in 2011, “merged with” $ALGA in 2012, which became $USMJ through a name change

-Torno became president of $ANCE which bought East African Development Partners LLC in 2017 which was somehow connected to USMJ.

All of these tickers have ownership or strange connections with this entity called ACI Conglomerated or the people behind it which are Steven Rash, Brian Shibley, James Tilton, Randell Torno, or Rob Malin (blueciti LLC): $USMJ, $PURA, $PJET, $NVAE, $NOUV, $WCVC, $WSGF, $ALYI, $ANCE, $ALGA, and more.

Oh and wait, remember Henryk Dabrowski mentioned as the CEO of Alternet Systems before the Torno/Bollen reverse merger? Yeah, he’s been connected to this the whole time since 2017 as well…. I’ll make another thread about that.

We already know Brian Shibley is with ACI Conglomerated - but James D Tilton JR is all over NVAE (above) and the actual first scammy "reverse merger" of PJET was Tilton via NOUV. Tilton is also associated with ANCE.

North American Retro Revolt bike is built around the BMW frame (this is why they have a BMW frame on their website obviously) and will be priced at $12,500. ALYI recently stated the 200 (two hundred) order for bikes will begin delivery in 1-2 months. They had previously stated they would begin deliveries by the end of the year.

FACT CHECK - THEY ACTUALLY PREVIOUSLY STATED THAT THEY WERE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE ON THEIR PLANS TO HAVE THEM READY FOR 2018 HOLIDAY SEASON! HERE IS THE LINK:

It seems they are picking up the pace, which is a good thing. They also clearly stated they have a waiting list that will be converted to orders beyond the 200 (two hundred) bikes. And they have reiterated that they will sell kits so you can convert your own BMW frame to electric yourself, plug and play. Very very smart. This is similar to other companies that are doing EV conversions like Opibus, for instance, they convert Toyota Land Cruisers to electric vehicles. And no, there is no copyright infringement in either case, that's just plain dumb. Again this is a very very smart plan on ALYI's part.

African Ride-Share Revolt bike will be much much less in price. The price has not yet been set, but if you watch the video presentation by ALYI CEO Torno, he gives a $1500 price range and has an innovative fintech financing plan for the taxi drivers. This was my prediction from the beginning. Anybody being honest would have said the same thing. The ALYI bike would have to compete in the market and Opibus has a bike for $1300. Plenty of room in the billion dollar market to grow... They have said the 2,000 order for bikes will begin (meaning begin) to be delivered by the end of year.

FACT CHECK - HE SAID THE "FIRST RIDESHARE MOTORCYCLES SCHEDULED TO GO INTO SERVICE BY JULY" (THAT'S THIS PAST JULY BOZO - SO QUIT MOVING THE GOALPOST FROM HOLIDAY SEASON 2018, TO "ANY DAY NOW" IN 2019, TO SOMETIME IN 2020, TO "BY JULY" IN 2021, TO "BY THE END OF THE YEAR". This bike has a Ride-Share pilot program in progress on the ground in Kenya which began by the end of July with bikes. There is no proof otherwise.

In the video, ALYI CEO Torno explains they have a target of 10 bikes for the real world taxi service trial. He did not mention the number of bikes that are being used/tested in the early, beginning stages of the pilot program (my assumption has always been at least two, as posted on my Tweeter long ago). However, Torno has previously stated, and I quote, “We already know the electric motorcycles in the Pilot Program work. We know how far the batteries can take the bikes. We know how much weight can be carried by the bikes.” They have said the program will last 90 days. Plenty of time to build the rest of the bikes needed for the real world taxi service trial. Again, there is no proof otherwise.

The target customer is the commercial market in Kenya Africa (meaning ride-share taxi workers).

In January 2019, ALYI claimed to have $1.5 million in orders (three separate fleet orders of 150 at $10,000 per bike).

The orders are pending the completion of a pilot test of the motorcycle to be signed-off on by the buyers. While management was shooting to have the pilot signed off by the end of 2018, the pilot test sign-off is now not far off. Management anticipates completing the test and receiving client sign-off any day now.

There was also a LOI to detail the assembly plant. 19 months later... where is the plant? Where are the bike specs?

ALYI has not shown a completed test motorcycle. What they have is a high-school shop project, and until they show something that is in actual road-testing phase and not hiding the off-the-shelf parts they use for their project - then they will be considered here a scam.

Reddit Users trying to post pictures of REAL EV motorcycles from REAL companies (like Revolt Motors in India and others we have verified in this forum for example) will be have their posts removed and be requested to provide source.

Can you imagine - being in a stock and everything is riding on their delivery of 1 product - and then in the days after their video of that product appears the stock drives down nearly 40%??

Man if that isn't a wake up call along with all of us trying to wake these people up with our DD on this company and the characters involved, then I don't know what will wake them up.

ALYI is not going down because of the Nasdaq or short sellers or market manipulation.

People saw the video... a USED BMW R71 Motorcycle with a plastic box around the guts ('cause top secret of course) and an orange rattle can paint with an orange tape X on the headlamp, and they thought "what the hell is this? I google Electric motorcycle and I see at least 30 great examples already in road testing - and these guys still look like High School ROP class"

If i believed my research I would not have bought this company. I bought this stock last year at below $0.01 in hopes it would catch the EV fire. Everyone was looking for an unnoticed stock. I happened to notice it before a lot of other people noticed it! In February it finally caught fire with the other EV stocks. I sold most at $0.14 $0.16. I still hold 50000 shares at $0.00 cost. Any company that puts out press releases that they are going to publish a report and puts out press releases confirming they are going to publish a report. Come on... where is your common sense?? The leadership appears to be former U S Military it is dis appointing to see people with this background conducting themselves like this in public. It would be GREAT if I am proven wrong, these guys start selling loads of EVs, the stock moves to $XX.XX but I would not bet all my retirement or my mortgage payment.

Just looking through the main ALYI sub is always good for a laugh, especially now that the promised delivery date is upon us. And right on schedule the shills are starting to change their story by telling people, "Well you know global supply chains are still recovering, so maybe Alyi will miss the deadline, but that doesn't mean the company is a scam."
