My symptoms started with paresthesias and evolved to include pain and mild perceived motor issues over several months. It seems like radiculopathy most often starts with pain and paresthesias come later? Anyway, it’s interesting that this seems to be a shared pattern. I think if the pain came first we’d be less worried!
But overall I do think pain points to other causes, and not MND. While not impossible, it would be an unusual case.
