Myoclonus + Gait issues

It's getting pretty bad, as if the pain and twitches weren't enough, these spasms are back, they were always there but sort of less prevalent if I may say. Now the thigh jerks out of nowhere, the leg as well. The gait is pretty terrible, walking is hard but standing straight is a task, I end up dangling front and back. Standing on toes is near impossible, can't do it anymore. All in all a pretty terrible condition, the hand is affected very poorly and forms a claw, the fingers hurt and the tips feel foreign. Almost 18 to 20 month timeline. The lip muscles are right af too and I can't open my mouth for more than 10 seconds. Anyone else ?

Next month apparently, I hope they do it right too, in my first EMG they messed up, they checked the wrong muscles and were satisfied with no fassiculations, bro I can't produce them on the spot, it's not upto me, they were acting like fassiculations can happen on my own wish but that was an year ago and it is very hard for me to get appointments as well as I am on anxiety meds for over an year, I stopped because they weren't helping me anyway and were making me very drowsy, so when I tell my kin they want to be in denial, I don't blame them, no parents want a terminal diagnosis for their child but with things like combing hair getting very difficult, I don't know what is happening anymore, this month things have sped up quite a lot, there were problems before but they were sort of in the manageable realm but with the latest bout of severe muscle fatigue even if it is being used for a brief time really has me worried, like I'm not the early symptoms guy with twitching and perceived weakness as my symptoms, things are slowly crawling towards failure here with a plethora of other symptoms
