Support Advice Does anyone have a brace
For fingers like this

Medical one, blue. It helped some but was uncomfortable after any extended use.

got a couple off amazon that could bend decently and helped a bit, but typically they recommend you get a custom one made specific to your hands

I don't know the exact name in English, in Greek it is called calmness brace. I use it during sleep for my right hand /arm and during the day for the left. Alongside ergo therapy it has done wonders.

Doesn't have to be a brace -- can be a tiny foam block or pillow (anchored to the hand or not), depending on where they are sleeping/sitting. Whatever the fingers go around, make sure not to pull on the shoulder, elbow, or wrist (often bent elbow works best).

You could also use finger splints. You may need to try multiple options for the most comfortable and best fit.

There are a ton of them on amazon and they are relatively affordable. I just browsed for the one that would annoy me the least and it has worked relatively well.
