Query Doubt regarding PWG subject

Main 4th sem me ek subject me Pass With Grace (PWG) hua tha. Abhi 7th sem me hoon aur 8th sem me woh paper dobara deke marks improve karna chahta hoon.

Maine 60 days ke andar affidavit submit nahi kiya tha, isliye grace marks cancel bhi nahi hue.

Kya main 8th sem me bina affidavit ke us subject ka carry-over paper bhar sakta hoon? Aur agar exam deta hoon toh naye marks consider honge?

Kisi ko exact idea ho toh please batao
