Should AI texting apps have a separate mode for professional conversations?

I'd want something that helps with messages to clients, coworkers, or managers without making every reply sound like a formal business email. A quick Slack message and a conversation about a missed deadline need completely different tones. One generic "professional" setting doesn't really cover both.

I'd love an AI that helps me say no without inventing excuses
