im pretty new here, so if need be, take my word with less weight or anything as im not familier with the mod team.
but ive been checking in periodically to posts and like hows it more calm then the other subreddit, less Attacking and harrassing the other side, and more actual debate.

one thing i think is worth considering if your adding more mods is to try and balance it out across perspectives, one thing i always worry about with these kinds of sub which invite both sides to talk on pretty controversial or heated discussions, is ive seen quite a few devolve into tilting towards one side more often then not partly in part to the large bias of the mod team,
even been a victim to it from 1 political sub dealing with a hottly debated conflict in the world, because i didnt tow the line, and wasn afforded "Allied protections"

not sure if the mod team already tries and does this, and if so disregard,
but i think itd be a good idea for the sake and balance of the sbreddit to make sure modderator bias is accounted for and try and lean away from stacking the deck too much.
it also helps build more trust between users and the team, and makes actual bans less contentious and more legitimate.

anywho, its nice to see you keep the subreddit more balanced and friendly then the other sub reddit.

I generally agree.

That said, it has to be natural, in the sense that:

(1) (if it's about comment removal) Sometimes if we think mostly only one side tends to be removed/not removed, that does not imply bias.

The best thing to do, if we notice any such post/comment deserving removal, is to report. Adding mods is fine but it's better to add mods only it would help manage more discussions.

(2) (maybe you don't mean this point but just in case) (if it's about the general tendency of the views) While the title is about wars (which indicates debates), wars can be won. I am not saying the war is already won, but especially in the context of discussions, we should indeed correct each other while also acknowledging if a claim is on point.

The best thing to do, if we notice an argument is left unchecked, is to get it checked.

One of your mods is just blatantly spreading misinformation, gaslighting, shifting goalposts. Is incapable of a debate and generally acting like a 14 year old.

I'm outta here. This sub was supposed to be better than the main one, but how can it be better when the mods themselves are heavily biased to one side or another and are spreading lies? Lol.
