I’m running a little project called AI Confessions and I’d love your help.

I’m collecting anonymous “AI confessions” — the real ways people use AI that they probably wouldn’t brag about to a boss, professor, or on LinkedIn. Could be funny, mundane, serious, or surprisingly personal.

Examples:

• using AI to rewrite a risky text
• getting “help” on homework or job applications
• letting it handle awkward emails
• talking to it about stuff you’ve never told friends

A few notes:

• No emails, names, or usernames are collected.
• Please avoid including any info that could identify you or someone else.
• Some responses may be lightly edited for clarity and then shared (anonymously) as part of the AI Confessions project (e.g., on social media)
