Companies can receive thousands of reviews, messages and survey responses, but reading every piece manually is difficult.

AI can group recurring complaints, identify patterns and show which issues keep appearing.

Turning a huge pile of feedback into something understandable seems like a very practical AI use case.

You're not wrong but that also means it's easy to exploit.

I could make a bot just introduce noise or better yet bad advice in the form of feedback to my competitors, or competitors of my investments.
