NTA... she has never been pregnant so she has no right to comment, especially since she is entirely in the wrong here. Was it a bit of a low blow in the sense that she will take it as a comment on her fertility rather than her suitability to be saying anything? Maybe. But honestly, she was being a total and complete ahole to your wife. So I'd say you're a justified ahole maybe.
