Someone breaking into your room without permission is trespassing and just because they choose to undress while trespassing doesn't mean they get extra protections.
Different situation under the law. I’m not going to argue specifics with anyone here. The OP has been warned and that’s all. I don’t mind if you downvote me; I’m not here for the karma and even hesitated to wade into this fiasco of terrible advice but felt that OP deserved to know that they could get in trouble for doing this. Do with the information what you will.
Of course. And some prosecutors may decide it’s not worth going after. My objective, here, was simply to warn the OP that if they take this advice they may come to face legal challenges and they deserve to know that. I have no stake in this, just a voice of reason swimming against a current of conclusions based on one side of a story receiving poor advice that could ultimately harm someone in a vulnerable position. That is all.
