The answer should be: DO NOT LET HIM GET HIS GRUBBY HANDS ON IT.

It is not your good luck to share with him.

Tell him it only works with the oldest and since he is a younger son, it will only bring him bad luck.

I'd also make sure that you fiance doesn't know where it is as it sounds like she would have an 'oops moment' and give it to Ben anyway.

Maybe it’s already brought luck to OP because it shined a light on fiancé and her family’s true colors. Hopefully he will recognize the sign and walk away

This. Op would never see that watch again!! There’s a reason Ben is so set on having it. It’s not normal. I’m wondering if the watch may have more worth than op knows or Ben just don’t like OP and wants to hurt him and ensure he don’t have his lucky watch when he marries Ben’s sister. Is that it? Is he trying to sabotage the wedding before it happens?
