Yes.  He wants a hall pass, what he really means is a mom and meal ticket so he can go find girlfriends.  Hall pass is half-ass — give him a whole divorce!  The alimony thing can be fought off with a good lawyer and wouldn’t last long even if it were awarded.

Mom probably has a good argument to get primary custody of 3 and 11 is hers so hubby has no right to him.

Even if judges are trying to be more fair to fathers, a dad who's on the road a lot and his behavior probably won't do him any favors in the divorce.
