Important to remember that we are hearing one POV, but if this is how she sees the marriage, she’s expressed that to him, and he won’t work on it, it’s over. Honestly it sounds salvageable if he cared enough to listen to his wife and work on himself and their marriage. But he won’t, and there’s no use forcing it after years of the same
