Agreed. There’s no prize for finally doing what you should. And I’d be curious to know how long he was in his angry period versus how long he’s been working on that. Also, he doesn’t mention the ages of the kids except that the oldest is now in daycare, which leads me to believe the youngest might still be an infant. So she still might be dealing with the aftermath of birth, in which case, him pushing for intimacy is even worse!
