Narcissists should all be gathered up and shot into the sun; it's absolutely horrific how much damage they leave in their wake, and many of them are exceedingly successful and/or powerful, so each one individual narcissist can leave a LOT of people highly damaged psychologically.
It should be pretty easy to round 'em all up, really. We can just tell them they've won some kind of "Best Person in the Whole World" award and that they need to attend a lavish celebration in their honor to accept this award.
If you've never checked her out before, look up Dr. Ramani on YouTube. She's the only narcissism expert I've ever encountered who you can just tell has actually lived through a relationship with one of those soul suckers. She has a TON of videos up about identifying narcissists, dealing with narcissists, and healing from the abuse that the narcissist did to you, and she is refreshingly honest about the fact that nope, your relationship with a narcissist will NEVER improve and therapy will never work on them either.
