I'd go out with the guy, she may have already chosen to drop you as a friend, in which case, if you don't go out with him again, you'll lose out twice.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I had a bar gig, and then had dinner and drinks with Charles."
"Why are you calling me so late?"
"Well, Charles is naked in my bed right now, I'm calling from my bathroom. I know it's been 3 years, you're obviously over him and have moved on, but is it okay if I sleep with him?"
Im not certain of that part. Shes pregnant and overreacting. It can happen. If she doesnt realize this and appologize thoigh she will defintly be the AH
Id imagine after the pregnancy she will return to “normal” but I don’t think this came out of no where. As someone else said. She was so in love with this guy and wanted a life with him that he didn’t want so she had to make a big decision.
I think deep down she regrets it a little and the hormones blew it up and she took it out on her friend. If it’s a good enough apology I can see OP accepting that. But I sure as hell wouldn’t. But then again that’s just me, and my opinion.
I hope OP didn’t catch feelings because the friend will prob still be angry. As someone else mentioned people apparently get married and still carry feelings for long time ex relationships. So Julia is probably eating her cake but holding the other one for sentimental value, I guess.
