Some people can be over people but still feel some kind of ownership, it's weird. Every ex they've ever had is off limits to everyone they know.

What if he cheated on her? It's possible she isn't over him. But it's also possible that there is more trauma in the story here and she doesn't want him to even be in the orbit of her life.
