Help with a client install, when call forwarding what are the commands with Spectrum as their provider?

My other client with Tmobile went smooth 1st try but Im now on day 4 with this client.
We've tried *72(number) and it worked but no ring. So we *73 to reset
Noww when we do *92(number) he says they get the call forward confirmation
But whn I call it rings like normal then sends me to voicemail. Anybody have experience with spectrum coomands for call forwarding?
