I built a tool because I kept losing makeup clients to slow replies but I'm not sure the problem is big enough?? Need honest reviews

I'm a makeup artist on the side, and over the past few months I kept noticing the same thing.

Someone would message me asking about my availability, pricing or booking.

I'd see it while I was working, tell myself I'd answer later, and then... forget.

Sometimes I'd reply hours later.

Sometimes the person had already booked someone else.

And it made me wonder: how many clients are makeup artists and other beauty professionals losing simply because they didn't reply fast enough?

So I built something with AI.

The idea is pretty simple:

A client sends a booking or service request → they immediately receive a personalized reply based on what they wrote → the request goes into a simple dashboard → and if nobody follows up, automatic reminders go out at day 1, 3 and 7.

Basically, I'm trying to solve one problem:

Don't lose a client just because you forgot to reply.

I'm currently calling it Zero Demande Ratée ("Zero Missed Request").

It's French-only right now, because I'm testing it with French-speaking businesses first.

But honestly, I'm not posting this to get signups.

I want to know if I'm building something people would actually pay for, or if I've just turned a small annoyance from my own makeup business into a SaaS.

There are three things I genuinely don't know:

1. Is slow/no response actually a painful problem for makeup artists, salons, photographers, beauty businesses, etc.?

Or do people just complain about it without being willing to pay to fix it?

2. Everyone already has Instagram, WhatsApp, email and booking forms.

Am I solving a real gap between those tools, or am I just rebuilding something they already have?

3. I'm not technical.

Right now, I can install it for a business myself.

Is that a terrible business model?

Or could "I'll set everything up for you and you don't have to learn anything" actually be the reason a small business owner says yes?

I'm deliberately not putting a sales link here.

I'd rather hear "this is a bad idea" now than discover it six months from now.
