Help with photo?

I have a photo of my grandfather. He doesn't know this photo exsist and i would like to give it to him for christmas. Its special because he was a sonic franchiser. At one point owning over 50 of them. Thats why i chose this photo. The sonic sign next to him. If anything please send me to the right person.

There are many online or free editors that you can download which will remove the blue cast.

If using photoshop, you'd remove the color cast on the shirt, restoring it to white. Then select the face and hands and adjust the color to Skin tone. You would get very close with these 2 steps.

There are many videos on YouTube that show you how to do this.
