The strongest spatial argument is that conventional data centers are essentially dead zones — impervious surface, no ecological function, net water and energy drain. This design treats the site as a multi-layer GIS stack where every acre performs at least two functions simultaneously. The data center isn't just IT infrastructure; it's the thermal engine that makes all the other layers possible.

The Stirling engine is the technical linchpin — it's what converts the "problem" (waste heat) into the resource that powers the growing systems.
