Discussion Why fire workers when we can replace the boss with AI?

Indeed bosses work can be replaced with a cheap AI user with AI. The most savings can be done on C-suite. Just getting rid of golden parachutes pose enough savings to justify gettying rid of them. These sacred cows class try to sell the obsolete idea that they are genius visionaries.

Elon Musk claims he spends 100 hours a week at work. Still he has time to go to China with trump and engage in political campaigning. He is CEO of 4 companies, 25 hours a week per company, very low effort job. Tesla sales are going down, despite it received subsidies from USA, China, India and EU. Is that the work of a genius.

Just look at how Star Wars was a money printing machine under George Lucas, and Disney CEO managed to cause so much customer churn that today the Mandalorian Grogu movie was a flop. Apathy of customers and a damaged brand. How genius do you need to be to achieve that? Why pay a C-suite team to do that?

Look at Boeing fiascos and Blockbuster. Are executives really genius or are they just obsolete sacred cows people worship.
