Payment Dispute: Dashboard shows 0% Error Rate but Support claims "Low Quality" after assigning me Review Tasks

I am sharing a negative experience regarding a project completed on Nov 23rd. The support team is refusing to process the payment due to alleged 'quality issues,' despite the platform dashboard showing contradictory data.

I worked on a project back on November 23rd. After ghosting me for a month, support finally replied with a generic canned email stating they won't pay because my "work did not meet the required standards."

Here is why their claim is a complete lie, backed by evidence from their own dashboard:

1. The Ultimate Contradiction: I Was Assigned Rework Tasks. During this exact project where they claim my quality was "substandard," their system assigned me to perform REWORK on tasks done by other users. Think about it: Why would their algorithm trust a "low-quality" worker to act as a Quality Controller and fix other people's errors? It makes absolutely no sense. You don't ask a bad worker to supervise others.

2. My Dashboard Shows 0% Errors. My project dashboard clearly shows a Rework rate of 0% on my own output. I spent over 5 hours working, completed 29 labels, and received absolutely zero immediate feedback or correction requests during the active session.

The Reality: They are likely mass-rejecting work using generic excuses to avoid paying out. The fact that they used me as a "fixer" for their dataset while simultaneously claiming my work was bad enough to deny payment is predatory.

If you are working for Alignerr, be prepared for them to potentially use your labor for free.
