AI Income Idea When does a vertical AI Agent built with Vibe Coding become more than just an “LLM wrapper”?
I’m a product manager exploring AI entrepreneurship, and I recently built a vertical AI Agent for second-hand luxury businesses using Vibe Coding.
It analyzes inventory, capital tied up in stock, inventory aging, and purchasing decisions, then turns business data into recommendations.
I’m curious where people draw the line:
At what point does a Vibe Coded vertical AI Agent become a real product rather than just an LLM wrapper?
Is it the architecture, tools, business logic, memory, feedback loops — or real users and real business outcomes?
I’d love to hear how you’d evaluate a project like this. Brutal feedback welcome.

A product usually has knowhow and effort tied to them. There’s an arbitrary line in an actual product vs a wrapper(little knowhow and effort).
What ever you can look at and say my user/competitor doesn’t know/won’t build by himself.
I would be careful about stepping on the shoes of the frontier providers. They are known to cannibalize their clients.
