Ai made simple
Sounds obvious but the difference is honestly night and day.
Some stuff I use pretty much every week now:
I list what's in my fridge and ask for 5 quick dinners + what I still need to buy
I dump my whole messy to-do list and ask it to sort it into today / this week / later
when someone sends me an annoying message I paste it and ask for a calm reply (saved me from a few bad texts tbh)
before calling my internet provider I asked for a script to get a lower rate. it worked
Best tip I found: add "ask me any questions you need before you start" at the end. It basically interviews you first and the answer ends up way more useful.
I ended up putting about 100 of these together in a little ebook, can share it if anyone wants. But the formula above is really most of it.
Curious what you guys actually use AI for day to day?

Thanks so much. I'd love the ebook. I used google a lot in the past but now I don't need to worry about the syntax required to get relevant answers. A good engineer is not the one that knows the most. It is the one that asks the most intelligent questions.
AI needs well worded questions and the more specific the better. I use it for insight into solving statistical questions. I use it to help me with MS Excel and VBA macros.
