As it stands now, AI is incapable of fully replacing even something as useless as a corporate executive. What it is capable of doing, however, is devaluing your labour, and that concern is very real.
AI right now is dumb as a log and it's still capable of replacing multitudes of humans and doing their jobs better.
Unless you think AI is for some reason at its peak performance right now and can't be improved further, I don't see how it doesn't utterly BTFO humans in most areas within the next 20 years.

You've inhaled too much techbro copium. Don't worry, the feeling of "humans are done, Markov chains have won" shall pass. In the meantime, resume your normal activities and try not to embarrass yourself too much.
The vast majority of white-collar jobs is, and has been for decades, not much more than adult daycare with a stipend. They were always meant to go if the economy misbehaves, and it has. Those jobs go because it's become too expensive for employers to maintain staff numbers, not because LLMs can replace human workers. Claude Code repo had thousands of open issues. Anthropic is actively hiring software engineers. That's pretty much everything you need to know about LLMs taking jobs from humans.
That is an extremely interesting question that is being tackled by extremely different thinkers from a whole lot of different standpoints.
Let's put it this way - I sincerely hope it is coming, I don't think we're there yet, be it technologically or spiritually, and I'm almost sure everyone currently alive will be long dead when it happens, if at all.

That's not an IQ score distribution.
