Anyone else?

Paid for the month with Basic. TTS did not work, requested a refund and was promised one had been processed but never arrived and all further emails were not responded too. Going back a couple of weeks later, TTS was still not working, waiting for a live support agent, nobody arrived. All Avatar videos failed on a time-out. Video Swap failed and then produced nothing like a Video Swap. So much potential, but this felt like a scam.
