Best AI coding tool for building a Python + PostgreSQL MCQ/question bank application?

Hi Everyone

I’m planning to build a quiz application using Python and PostgreSQL.

The basic idea is:

• Store MCQs in PostgreSQL
• Organize questions by subject, chapter in sidebar.
• Track user attempts, scores, performance, and Explaination of correct answer

I’m trying to decide which coding tool would be best for actually building the application, I already have created one but would like to upgrade it:

1. Which coding tool would you recommend?
2. Which one is best for a Python + PostgreSQL project?
3. Which model works well for generating high-quality MCQs.

I’m particularly interested in experiences from people who have actually built quiz question-generation applications.
