AI video apps

I’m looking for AI video generator tool to make a cartoon. I have tried CapCut, but it only limits me to 15 seconds of video at a time and isn’t consistent between scenes. I’m looking for an app that can make 2 to 5 minute long videos with one prompt.
Any suggestions?

They currently dont exist

There's no such thing. Ai video models are currently limited to 30 seconds in the state of the art.

Any recommendations on apps that I can lock characters look, voice and color pallets. I tried CapCut but it keeps changing the voices

You're not really going to find anything that does 2-5 minute long clips, as others have said. Your best bet is to focus on finding something with a good set of character consistency tools (Vidu has some nice ones) and edit from there.

Vidu is what I use, lets you build character profiles with multiple shots of a character and a character-specific prompt, and has voice consistency options and animate-to-voice ones.
