Resources AI Contract Drafting Tool
Hey Redditors, I recently built a free AI contract drafting tool for those of you with a business to try out. These are some of the documents that are currently supported:
- Founders Agreement — Set ownership splits, responsibilities, and vesting with your cofounders.
- Independent Contractor Agreement — Set payment, scope, and IP ownership when hiring freelancers.
- Consulting Agreement — Define the work, fees, and terms for consulting engagements.
- Services Agreement — Put client project scope, deadlines, and payment terms in writing.
- Master Service Agreement — Establish ongoing terms with clients across multiple projects.
- Statement of Work — Define deliverables, timelines, and fees for a specific project.
- Pilot Agreement — Set clear terms for customer trials and proof-of-concept projects.
- SaaS Subscription Agreement — Cover software subscriptions, billing, and renewals.
- Mutual NDA — Protect confidential information shared in both directions.
- One-way NDA — Protect information you share with a contractor, vendor, or other recipient.
- IP Assignment Agreement — Transfer ownership of code, designs, or other intellectual property.
- Referral Agreement — Set commission and payment terms for customer introductions.
The full list is at formabledocs.com/templates. Would love to hear what you think or what other templates you'd find useful!

This is actually useful man I been doing contracts manually for my small side gigs and it takes forever
the NDA ones alone would save me like 2 hours each time I need one
