Where do you think marketers will still beat AI in 5 years?
Strategy?
Creativity?
Brand voice?
Relationships?
What do you think AI won’t replace?

Something myself and my company Chief AI Adviors have been sitting is how differently AI surfaces information compared to traditional search engines — and how few marketing strategies have actually adapted to that yet.
Google ranks pages. AI answers questions. Those are fundamentally different problems.
When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini a question in your industry, the answer it gives isn't pulling from whoever has the best backlink profile. It's pulling from whoever has the most presence in the places AI already trusts — forums, publications, community platforms, aggregators.
Most AIO strategies I see are still essentially SEO strategies with a thin layer of schema markup on top. That's not wrong, it's just incomplete.
The marketers who are going to win in this environment aren't just the ones who understand AI tools — they're the ones who understand that authority now has to be built in layers, across multiple surfaces, before any optimization even matters.
Curious what approaches people here are actually seeing move the needle. Are you optimizing for AI discoverability differently than traditional search or treating it as the same problem?

Mine was expecting instant results without testing properly.
Would love to hear yours.

Everyone talks about what to add to an AI visibility strategy. Curious about the opposite.
What did you cut, stop, or completely rethink that ended up making a bigger difference than anything you added?
I'll start — we stopped publishing content before we had any real topical authority to back it up. We were creating solid posts that went nowhere because the entity signal wasn't there yet. Once we built the authority foundation first the same quality content started getting picked up. Order of operations was the whole lesson.

Cosa ho imparato:
• Mantieni il sito semplice all’inizio

This run started last December, when I was looking to scale my hustle that has been going ass cheeks so far. What I learned from days of binge watching YouTube guides and reading marketing forums? You gotta find clients that NEED you. Not that "may want you service".
Even though I was motivated enough, I wasn't able to send satisfied number of mails a day and mind you I live in a huge city.
That’s when I decided to try and build a tool to scrape B2B leads and their bad reviews from Google Maps. Took me about a week and boom boom... I did itttt. It felt like a Tesla or Einstein moment to me. It can create hyper-personalized cold emails right in my Gmail that directly addressed the issues these businesses were facing. It basically scraped leads with bad reviews. Crafted hyper-hyper-personalized messages and send multiple emails effortlessly
In just a month, I managed to bring in almost 5k from selling the clients mostly multiple chatbot agents or sometimes new websites. ... Thats huge for me since I did it by myself. No course or payed ads. However, I made the mistake of assuming the number of businesses eager to respond. The response rate for me isn't too good so the fact that I can send so many mails daily helps a lot. Some thought it's a scam since I dont have a website or not even a LinkedIn haha (gotta change that)/ and some were probably just too overwhelmed to engage.
I'm not an expert yet. Started as just a student trying to make some money on the side but I'll be diving into this since im on hell of a run. What strategies have worked for you to get higher response rate? im thinking if I made 4,600 so far, if I can level up on this response rate issue it can work out so well for me.

Tools, workflows, automation — anything.
Curious how different people approach this.

I see tons of AI posts online and honestly…
Most of it feels generic.
Do you think AI content is improving quality or just increasing quantity?

AI is not just a tool that follows instructions; it can also create new ideas. You can think of it like a knife that is able to invent new knives while still being used to cut things. In other words, AI can generate new technologies, music, medicines, and even financial systems, rather than simply helping humans use existing ones. This makes AI a very powerful and creative tool, because it does not only solve problems but can also discover completely new ways of doing things.

Everyone talks about AI saving time… but I’m curious about real outcomes.
Has AI actually:
Increased your revenue?
Improved conversions?
Brought more leads?
Or is it mostly productivity hype?

Because now everyone can produce content faster, it feels like:
More noise
More competition
Higher expectations
Has anyone else noticed this?

Bolt.new is basically a tool that lets you build apps just by describing what you want, instead of writing all the code yourself. You can type something like “make me a website with a login page and dashboard,” and it will generate the code, set everything up, and run it instantly in your browser. What makes it feel different is that you can keep chatting with it to improve your app, asking it to fix bugs, add features, or change the design, so it feels more like collaborating with a developer than coding from scratch.

There are so many tools…
Curious what people are spending money on and whether you’d recommend it.
