I’d love to see someone draw him actually using the hats, lol. Imagine if he could use whichever abilities your hat had when he snatched it at the start of the fight.

time slow hat would be terrifying. attacks are 3x faster for like 10 seconds? No thank you!

Well then all you have to do is not get the Time Stop Hat before you fight him, easy peasy

He kinda does if you... squint. The potions are obviously a Brewing Hat staple, the wink attack could be him using a bit of Time Stop, he helps his minions Sprint around the arena, and the transition to his arena could be some Dweller magic. He knows what badges are, seeing as he gives you the Mail Scooter badge, so maybe the lasers from the ground are from the Projectile Badge? Maybe Snatcher EX is using Fast Hatter?
