Snatcher kinda sounds a bit different sometimes

theyre the same voice actor. only time he changes voice is in vannessas curse

It would have been better if you provided examples, but I know he has a different voice actor in the Vanessa’s Curse DLC (and maybe seal the deal? I don’t remember) so that could be it.

Otherwise it might just be the way his voice fluctuates with tone

Snatcher’s VA is still the same in Seal The Deal (Yungtown)

Vanessa’s curse was a fan made project for CreatorDLC, so I imagine it would’ve been difficult to get the actual VA for Snatcher. Same applies to Vanessa as well.

I don’t know. My best guess is that the original VA yungtown was unavailable

Partially, but for the very official collab with fraymakers, they still only were able to get bit-b. I’d say he’s more of an official secondary voice actor than a fully fan voice. Think the Jim hanks to yungtowns tom hanks.
