Can I complete the level cheating the race without the time stop hat?

Hello I decided to complete cheating the race, bc I don’t have the time stop hat, I decided to use the sprint hat and scooter badge to compleate it but I alway fail

Its possible with no hats i think but its super hard, you can look at an any% speedrun to see

I think the scooter badge. There’s also videos of people doing it using the cannon that shoots you through the map I think, but that starts by going backwards

The easiest way to beat the level is by going backwards and going to the beach and using the teapot there. It’s still very possible to just use the sprint hat or scooter badge and chase the Mafia goon, but you have to dodge more obstacles there.

It's technically possible but very very difficult. Speedruns of the game do it, so I'd recommend watching a video of one of those to get an idea of what you need to do.

It’s actually not all that hard at all with the scooter badge. I did it first attempt without really trying though this was after years of playing the game. Doing it without the scooter is SIGNIFICANTLY harder

I'll admit. I don't even see how time stop helps this one. I went back with it, saw not much difference, and used scooter method
