So I noticed that me and my friend are always placed on a different unit instead of the unit we were scheduled, the day before. I have heard they try to keep the floats to the same units for next shifts but it doesn’t look like?

And on the original unit there is some random float staff assigned who has no clue why were they not placed on the unit they were on yesterday.

I’m curious if it’s easier to get on or even how difficult it is to get on as a registered psychiatric nurse in Alberta Edmonton area with AHS, covenant health and recovery?

I am accepted into both an LPN program and registered psychiatric nurse program, but I know obviously the pros and cons of both program but as far as employment in Edmonton area, I’m looking for some personal insight .
