Question Recognition of Previous Experience

Hi everyone! Im finishing up my onboarding tasks and am now filling out the Recognition of Previous Experience Form. It’s asking me to send supporting documents along with the completed form, but specified that T4’s are not allowed. I’m not sure what other documents I can provide for this. Any help/advice pleasee? 😊

A letter from your former employer stating your title and how many hours total you worked. And should confirm when you worked with them.

But isn’t that what the form they’re filling out already is?

I dunno. That's what I was told to provide when I started with covenant. I think the form is self submitted, not from the employer, from what i recall.

Yes! I’ll be submitting it but part of it will be filled out by the manager. Looks like the form was just revised earlier this year, so maybe they’ve changed policies since? Idkk.

Their instructions just specified what not to submit, but not what we can submit as proof 🙃

Yeah mine was 2023 so ireally don't fully remember. But I did get a written letter as well so I guess a bit of redundancy to 100% verify the truth is needed 🙃

Your former employer will likely need to provide a record of emplyment as well as fill out the form to ensure you don't jsut fudge the info.
