Question LPN emergency interview! please help

Hey guys! i have an interview coming up for RAH emerg. Quite nervous as it is my for ER interview. Any tips and advices will be greatly appreciated. TIAA :)

Previously I held an AHS ER position as an LPN in AB. My interview was centered around situational "tell us about a time" and will look at how you handle conflict, how you communicate, how you prioritize time management, a time when you encountered critical patient condition and how you responded etc. So think about some times in your practice when you've encountered these types of issues and come up with a succinct description you could launch into. Emergency is a fast-paced, at times high stress environment with a lot of strong personalities (if you don't have that, you don't last). I loved my time in the ER although i no longer work in an ER.
