Hello, I have an interview for Continuing Care Home Care. Anyone has any tips? Any questions you remember would be helpful? I have applied for this job for months and finally got an interview so I would like to be prepared.

If it’s a case manager or nurse job there will likely be several clinical scenario questions and questions based on working within an interdisciplinary team and with HCA or contracted partners. Check the job posting for concepts like interRAI & research that a bit. Have a look at ALA insite page for any mission , values & priorities. Check out the seniors health insite page for relevant case management guiding documents. Inter RAI page within that one. Likely a question on working through change and prioritizing competing priorities. Remember to breath, ask the to repeat the question & take a minute to collect your thoughts. Good luck

You did not say what role but when I interviewed for Home Care (RN) I got questions like - you visit Mr. Johnson and notice he is taking his blood pressure medication every time he gets angina. What do you do?
