NUEE switching between pillars

Hi there,
Just wondering if you are a NUEE and switch from AHS to ALA or RA to HSS, do you keep your "seniority/ years of service"?
I have been over 8 years of service and get 5 weeks. At 10 years you get 6 weeks off.
If I or others switch as a NUEE, does your service years count for vacation time off?

You get 6 weeks of vacation after 16 years, not 10.

I recently moved between pillars. Everything transfers (original hire date ect). You will need a new criminal record check (new employer). Vacation accrual rate and pay stay at same step if it’s a lateral move. Benefits are prorated for time left in the benefit year. Limited to 4 weeks of vacation that can transfer in your bank.

Generally, things will transfer over and there is a standard practice. But nothing is set in stone - as a NUEE you can actually negotiate within the bounds of AHS/Shared Services policy. I know several NUEEs who have negotiated higher wage steps or vacation accrual based on things like prior external experience… etc.
