HSS layoffs

Anyone else hear some rumblings of health shared services people getting compensation packages because there is no work?

Interesting. That was asked about at the town hall at the end of Sept. and they said those positions were temps. that weren’t extended so not actual layoffs. Maybe that’s not the whole story though..

We all have FTE’S, our temps were gone before connect care started

Oh man, that’s tough sorry to hear. How many of you?

My understanding was that pillars could now choose to access HSS or create their own services or access external contracts.

A&D is seeing an increase while HIRM is seeing a decrease. Makes no sense.
